Hello all! Welcome to Kobold Craft, where we’ll be talking all things cross-stitch! While it won’t always be patterns here, I thought why not kick things off with a gift?
The Crafty Kobold specializes in simple, cute, and geeky designs, so here’s a cross stitch pattern that’s all three! This piece features a 20-sided die, three fun fonts, and four colors (All DMC, of course) to play with. It’s 100 stitches by 80 stitches (about 6 by 5 inches), perfect for an oversized bookmark or even, possibly, the bottom of your dice tray. Feel free to alter colors as desired, or even use metallic thread for the gold lines in the die! If you decide to use the pattern, I’d love to see what you make down in the comments, too- it’s always fun to see how people make the same pattern their own.

Hi! Sorry about the late reply- I haven’t been blogging long at all, not in the traditional “Having my own website” way, anyway, and the specifics of keeping on top of replies and things still evade me a bit, I’ll admit. But I have a background in Software Engineering and Web Design, so I’ve studied layout pretty extensively, and I look forward to doing more.
